Nannies & NCS’

Household Positions we Staff

  • Executive Housekeeper

    The EH oversees housekeeping operations, assigns tasks, and inspects residence maintenance. They ensure efficient cleaning duties, supervise tools/equipment, and possess communication and leadership skills for scheduling and enhancing productivity.

  • Housekeeper

    Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the home by dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows and mirrors, changing bed linens, stocking pantries, and doing laundry. They may also run errands, assist with pet care, or meal prep.

  • Estate Manager

    The estate manager is responsible for overseeing all estate operations, including maintenance scheduling, calendar management, vendor and staff task assignments, HR management, and progress reporting to principals or the family office

  • Household Manager

    A household manager is essential for maintaining a smoothly functioning home. They handle tasks such as errands, organization, scheduling, travel coordination, and overseeing domestic staff. Their efficient management ensures the seamless operation of the entire household.

  • Personal Assistant

    A PA is an invaluable asset when it comes to efficiently managing busy lives. With their exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, personal assistants adeptly handle a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management.

  • Family Assistant

    Family assistants offer a special blend of childcare and personal support, taking care of your children's needs while assisting with tasks like scheduling, pet care, and travel arrangements. With their dedicated help, can manage your busy life with ease and peace of mind.

Our Candidate Requirements

  • Legal to work in the US

    Verified work authorization

  • Experience

    Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience as nanny/ newborn care specialist

  • Fully Vaccinated

    Covid 19 and up to date with all immunizations needed

  • Background Check

    Consent to an in-depth comprehensive background check

  • The Three C's

    Display of clear communication, compassion, commitment

  • Team Player

    Willing to work with families and assist with tasks outside of the role in an event of an emergency

  • Stellar References

    Including a demonstrated history of staying in positions long term

  • Discretion

    Respecting the privacy of each family! Willingness to sign an NDA
